Another Sneak Peak!
Hello dolls! With the cooler weather slowly seeping in near my neck of the woods, I decided to make an Autumn themed card for my beautiful Grandmother.
If you would like to see the finished project check it out at Rubber Dance Art Stamp where I am a Guest Designer.
What a beautiful autumn card, Niki! You did great with those colors on the background--it looks so fall-like with that texture, and your leaves are the perfect embellishment. I've never seen shimmer sheets before, but now I need to add those to my wish list! Great job and congratulations on your Guest spot at Rubberdance!!!! (I popped over there for the full shebang before coming back to comment.) Your Grandmother is gong to love this! Hugs to you, Punkin'!
I'm baaaack! Thanks for your sweet comments on my blog...to answer your question about Matte Texture paste...I used clear emb. powder over the wet paste, let it dry and swept off all the stuff that stuck to the mixative (pia), then blasted with the heat gun. Not the best choice, but I thought I had gloss, but ordered the wrong thing last time. Duh! Now I've got to find a use for all that transparent matte TP! Any thoughts? Hugs!
Loved this, and enjoyed reading about how you made it with the fascinating techniques and colours. Thanks very much for visiting my blog and leaving such nice comments, very much appreciated.
Gorgeous card, love the embossing and the leaves, hugs, Valerie
